With a background in sociology, hospitality, and the events industry, Boje has experience in effective communication, organising, and connecting groups of people from different backgrounds. As a Project Leader and LDE Trainee, he strives to incorporate these qualities into the way he works with immediate colleagues and external stakeholders. He works in an organised, structured and result-oriented manner where enjoyment, humour, and work satisfaction are not to be neglected.
